Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using waaave ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and purchasers of subscription plans or credit packs.

2. Description of Service

waaave is an AI-powered content generation platform that produces TikTok videos by analysing trending content formats and applying them to your products. The Service includes trend research, script generation, voice synthesis, visual generation, compositing, posting via the official TikTok API, and analytics tracking.

3. Credits and Billing

Credits are the unit of consumption for the Service. One credit = one content generation job run through the full pipeline. Credits are purchased via subscription plans or one-time credit packs.

Credits have a 90-day rollover period from the date of purchase. Unused credits are carried forward for up to 90 days. After 90 days, unused credits expire and are non-refundable except as described in the guarantee terms below.

Subscription renewals add a new batch of credits with a new 90-day window. Cancelled subscriptions retain existing credits until their expiry date.

4. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

waaave offers a usage-tiered money-back guarantee within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase:

• Band 1 (≤20% credits used): Full self-serve refund. No reason required. Processed within 5 business days.
• Band 2 (21–50% credits used): Full refund after a brief support interaction (written reason or 5-minute call). Processed within 5 business days.
• Band 3 (>50% credits used): No cash refund. We will issue free extension credits equal to 20% of your plan credits (Affiliate: 2 credits; Brand: 9 credits; Agency: 30 credits) as a "guarantee_extension" transaction.

Credit usage is measured as credits consumed (deducted) at pipeline start, including failed jobs where an API call was made. The guarantee applies once per billing account and does not apply to credit pack purchases.

5. Voice Cloning Consent

By enabling voice cloning, you confirm that: (a) you are the person whose voice is being cloned; (b) you have provided explicit consent for waaave to generate synthetic speech in your voice for content you have approved; (c) you will not use the voice clone for any content you have not reviewed and approved through the waaave review interface.

waaave does not use your voice data for any purpose other than generating your own approved content. Voice samples are processed by ElevenLabs via fal.ai. You may delete your voice clone at any time from Settings.

6. Content Ownership and Liability

You retain ownership of all content generated through your waaave account. waaave does not claim ownership over any generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that all content generated through your account complies with applicable laws, TikTok's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies, and any applicable advertising standards in your jurisdiction. waaave provides tools and guardrails — content liability for claims made in your videos rests with you as the publisher.

7. Affiliate Programme

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that: (a) makes misleading health, earnings, or financial claims; (b) sexualises minors or contains any content targeting or exploiting minors; (c) infringes intellectual property rights in paid advertising contexts; (d) is designed to deceive consumers about a product's nature or effectiveness; (e) violates TikTok's Advertising Policies or Community Guidelines.

9. Termination

waaave may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.

10. Changes to Terms

waaave reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
