Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

You may not use waaave to generate content that:

• Makes misleading health or medical claims — content that implies your product treats, cures, or prevents any medical condition without substantiated evidence and appropriate regulatory compliance.
• Makes misleading earnings or financial claims — content that promises specific income outcomes, investment returns, or financial results without clear disclaimer and substantiation.
• Sexualises minors or any minor-targeted exploitation — any content depicting minors in a sexual or exploitative context. Zero tolerance — immediate account termination.
• Infringes intellectual property in paid advertising — using competitor brand names, logos, or trademarked terms in TikTok paid ad contexts without authorisation.
• Deceives consumers about product nature or effectiveness — content that misrepresents what a product does, uses fake before/after imagery, or implies outcomes not achievable by a typical consumer.
• Violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Advertising Policies— content that would violate TikTok's own policies, including hate speech, harassment, dangerous activities, or regulated products posted without proper authorisation.
• Uses synthetic media to defame or impersonate— using waaave's voice cloning or visual generation to impersonate another person without their consent.

Your responsibility

waaave provides automated guardrails (NSFW detection, IP-safe visual sourcing, official API posting) but cannot review every piece of generated content for regulatory compliance. You are the publisher of all content generated through your account and bear full responsibility for its claims, targeting, and compliance with applicable laws.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in: immediate account suspension without notice, forfeiture of unused credits, and/or referral to law enforcement where required by applicable law. We will cooperate with TikTok's enforcement processes where waaave-generated content is found in violation of their policies.
